The customer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days.

The buyer is liable for any return costs if an order is cancelled.

If an item sent is faulty, The Mower Centre will refund any return costs incurred.

The price listed includes postage to the UK Mainland. Extra costs will be charged for postage to Highlands/Islands or International countries.

We accept PayPal payments only via our website. Please contact us for alternative methods, credit/debit cards cannot be accepted directly at this time, however, they can be used via PayPal without a PayPal account. Please see our payments page for directions.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your order.

Please note that if an order is returned, the customer will receive a refund for the price listed, minus the exact postage cost incurred by The Mower Centre.
